TICKETS, ADMISSION, AND CANCELLATION POLICY

By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

1. General Terms: The Event Organisers ("LIQUID SPIRIT EVENTS & Gozo In The House") reserve the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon being posted on the LIQUID SPIRIT Gozo website, www.liquidspiritgozo.com. Please review the FAQ section regularly to ensure you have the latest information. Purchasing a ticket after any amendments signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. Ticket Sales and Payment Plans: Tickets are sold through LIQUID SPIRIT Gozo (UK) and Gozo In The House (EU). If you opt for a payment plan, it is your responsibility to meet all payment deadlines. Failure to pay the balance by the stated deadline will result in the cancellation of your ticket without a refund.

3. Admission: The Organisers reserve the right to refuse admission. Only valid tickets will be accepted for entry. You must present valid photographic ID when collecting your wristbands, and the name on the ticket must match the ID. Any name changes must be approved by LIQUID SPIRIT Events or Gozo In The House.

4. Liability: Admission is at your own risk. The Organisers will not be held liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained at the event, including damage, theft, or loss of property and motor vehicles, due to the negligence of the ticket holder, other attendees, or third parties.

5. Refund Policy: Tickets are non-refundable. Please contact us in exceptional circumstances. Tickets cannot be redeemed for cash. Once venue gates are open on a specific date, the event is considered fully delivered and no refunds will be provided. If the event is canceled by the Organisers, they may choose to issue a full or partial refund, offer an alternative solution, or reschedule the event. Cancellations due to reasons beyond the Organisers’ control (e.g., governmental acts, natural disasters, etc.) may result in a full or partial refund, postponement, or other solutions at the Organisers’ discretion.

All ticket sales are final, with no exchanges or refunds. Wristbands must be worn at all times during the festival, and without a valid wristband, you will be refused entry or removed from the site.

6. Photography and Filming: By purchasing a ticket, you consent to being filmed, photographed, and recorded for television, radio, webcast, or other public broadcasts, as well as for any video/DVD or onsite CCTV recordings for security purposes.

7. Age Policy: The festival is open to attendees aged 21 and over.

8. Behaviour: Inappropriate, threatening behaviour or harassment will not be tolerated and will be dealt with immediately.

9. Search Policy: For the safety of everyone, security will conduct thorough searches at the gate. Illicit items will be confiscated, and individuals may be removed from the festival or handed over to the police if necessary. Prohibited items include glass, alcohol, illegal drugs, legal highs (including nitrous oxide), or anything considered an offensive weapon. Possession of illegal substances will result in denial of entry and/or removal from the festival, with police involvement as needed.

10. Boat Parties: A LIQUID SPIRIT Gozo ticket is required to attend any boat party. Full names must be provided at the time of purchase, and photographic ID must be presented to board. LIQUID SPIRIT Gozo is not responsible for missed boat parties due to delays in others. Boat party tickets are non-refundable, even in the event of cancellation or delay.

11. General Information: The line-up and all advertised attractions, including boat parties, are subject to change without notice. All event times and schedules are approximate and may change.

As a condition of sale, you consent to being filmed, photographed, and recorded for television, radio, webcast, other public broadcasts, and/or video/DVD productions, as well as onsite CCTV recordings for security purposes.
