Michael Gray
This DJ and music producer is best known as one half of 'Full Intention' and the creator of the timeless hit “The Weekend,” which still resonates with fans today, along with tracks like “Borderline” and his album “Analog is On.”
In 2018, Michael relaunched his solo career, returning to his first love: Disco. Since then, he has skyrocketed to global acclaim, earning the title of the #1 Artist on Traxsource in 2020 and #2 in 2021, thanks to his numerous remixes and productions for DJs like Louie Vega, Dave Lee, Booker T, DJ Spen, and artists such as Luther Vandross, Kelli Sae, Marvin Gaye, and Sylvester.
More recently his single "Fly Away” catapulted his stardom and his 2024 album ‘Optimism’ is out now.
Michael also runs his successful record label, Sultra, and regularly DJs for Glitterbox at The Ministry of Sound and Hi Ibiza. He's now a resident at Downtown Disco in Leeds and frequently appears on Defected’s Broadcasting House and The Glitterbox Virtual Festival. Additionally, he has launched his own night at POW in Brixton, London, called Sultra.

Karlainthemix
DJ KarlaInTheMix is a bonafide clubhead hailing from Finland but residing in Paris, France. Karla’s lifelong love of music and movement ultimately influenced her to become a DJ at Club Djoon where she is part of their residency, The Djoon Experience. She delivers deep house vibes to her audiences but has been bathing in different genres of music since she was a child.
Inspired by the likes of Miles Davis, Ray Charles, or Kamaal Williams, Kerri Chandler and Joe Claussell she looks up to Colleen ‘Cosmo’ Murphy, Ash Lauryn and Nina Sol who in her words ‘are killing the game’.
When she’s not on the decks, you can find her on the dance floor or deep in nature.

Lifford's career began in the 1990's supporting Gabrielle and East 17 as part of boy band Public Demand, at venues all over the UK, including Wembley Arena. During his time with the band, he continued to write and tutor a number of up and coming artists including a group called Sugababes (the original line up) who were signed to London Records.

Gordon's incredible contributions have earned him the Radio Academy's John Peel Award, a spot in the Camden Hall of Fame, and most recently, he was awarded the most excellent order of the British Empire - an MBE for his incredible services to music.

Angel Mel Selector is a true Bristol music scene native, with roots in Reggae, Drum & Bass, and Trip Hop, later expanding into Acid Jazz, Broken Beat, and Soulful House. Known for her long, genre-blending sets, she mixes everything from Soul and Funk to Disco, Garage, and Afro House, all while keeping it fun and crowd-focused.
With a big smile and infectious energy, Angel has shared the stage with legends like Norman Jay MBE, Jazzie B, and Mad Professor. She's also a seasoned radio presenter, currently on BBC Radio Bristol and running her Spread Love show on Ujima Radio, supporting women and Queer POC in music.

David Bailey is a true staple in the house music scene across the UK and Europe. Raised and influenced by soul classics like Chaka Khan and Earth, Wind & Fire, David's been a key figure in the East London party scene, with residencies at Deep into Soul and Groove Odyssey, plus guest spots across the country. He’s also rocked crowds at Ibiza, ADE in Amsterdam, Suncebeat in Croatia, and Gozo in 2023, where his sets became fan favourites.

Collecting dance music since the early ‘80s, falling in love with Electro/Street sounds & experiencing ‘UK Fresh’ at Wembley. Then diving headfirst into London’s Acid House movement by going to Shoom & weekly club hopping around London.
It was 1992 Rupert finally landed a game-changing DJ residency at Garage City in Vauxhall, which later moved to Bar Rumba.
He became known for his extended sets and went on to play worldwide, including Pacha & Es Paradis Ibiza, Tours of Italy, Greece. A further residency for Soul Heaven at Ministry of Sound lead to sets at Miami Winter Music Conference.

Andy (The Captain) Comarsh is just an all round lover of music from many genres but his true passion is R&B and Soulful House. Andy has played at various bars and clubs around his home town city of Birmingham, his DJ career and first residency abroad started in 2010 and was at the Vocal Booth Weekender in Spain which continues every year. For the last 3 years, he has played a monthly set on Pressure Radio with the Country Beat team entertaining regular listeners on a Tuesday evening. When not behind the decks his other passion and first love is the dancefloor, he can often be seen throwing shapes at various house music festivals around the world.

Welcoming back to Gozo Island, the formidable Anna Cee. Founder of “Queens” the all-female DJ Collective and Brighton-based Anna Cee joins us in Gozo for 2025. She has certainly earned her stripes with a love and career of soulful music spanning four decades! Yes, she knows how to work the decks and loves bringing uplifting deep and soulful house selections to the dancefloor.

Chrissie’s journey started at Vocal Booth in Spain after entering a DJ competition and she hasn’t looked back. She’s brought her soulful house selections all over the UK, from North to South and has joined the decks at some of the most respected events in our scene. Now a resident at the ever-popular She Events and Release Radio, you can listen to Chrissie with her co-st James Essex, every Monday on Drive Time between 4pm and 6pm.
Danny T
With an illustrious career that spans eras, Danny T has become synonymous with his brand LIQUID SPIRIT, and now LIQUID SPIRIT Gozo alongside Andrea Britton. On the decks he crafts musical journeys through Dance Music. From House through to Soul, Rare Groove and Acid Jazz his deep knowledge will always be demonstrated.
James Essex
3 consecutive seasons which lead to further residencies at Space (Gran Canaria) and Barcadia (Kingston), plus regularly spots at Pacha, Ministry of Sound and Egg in London.
After a sabbatical, complete with more tunes he has rejoined the scene playing across the UK and abroad and alongside Chrissie Millard on the Drive Time show on Release Radio every Monday from 4pm - 6pm.
