We’re thrilled to announce that Maxtar, Gozo's favourite food truck, will be making a much-anticipated return to LIQUID SPIRIT Gozo in 2024! After their incredible success at last year’s event, they’re back to serve up more of their mouth-watering creations that have become a staple in Gozo’s vibrant street food scene.
For those who missed out last year, Maxtar is known for its fusion of bold flavours and high-quality ingredients, offering a diverse menu that caters to all tastes—whether you’re a carnivore, vegetarian, or just someone who appreciates a great meal.

The Breakfast Bun - €5
Any time of day, this hearty bun is filled with crispy bacon, a perfectly fried egg, cheddar, and a creamy layer of guacamole.
The Classic Burger - €7
A crowd favourite, this burger features a homemade beef patty, caramelised onions, melted cheddar, crunchy gherkins, and their signature Maxtar sauce.
The Duck Bao Bun - €8.50
For something a bit more exotic, try the Duck Bao Bun, packed with tender pulled duck, a zesty orange hoisin sauce, red cabbage, rucola, and crispy carrots.
The Chicken Gyros - €8.50
